Research at Latte Da Goat Farm

Latte Da Dairy in Flower Mound, Texas is a small, award-winning goat dairy.  Here are pictures from my recent trip there.  Nana Cassidy, you see, is a Goat Whisperer, and so it was essential that I see goats in action, learn about cheese making, and be one with the goats.  Anne Jones, owner of Latte Da Dairy, was so gracious!
